Green Room. Done

And so it comes to an end. Nancy, Esther and Tove all moved through Woodlands Children's Centre and below is Tove's final dispatch. She leaves for the wilds of Bath in fine fettle even if at the moment she is a litte crappy with a non-covid cough which has left her prone to lying in bed, half asleep chanting "bugger, bugger, bugger." She has also renamed the London Underground the "Underbus" which is far more lovely so I will using this too.

And from her the content is all that of her lovely most excellent key worker Viki (who is assisted by Ricky also known as Big Vicky).

Tove, time to say goodbye and wish you well in your new adventure at Woodlands. It's been lovely having you in my group and feel happy knowing you are moving to Blue Room, confident, chatty and with established friendships - you have made some lovely connections, though might want to work on your right hook, with Verity, Freya and Winnie and play beautifully with them in the home comer and in other areas of the room. You share your ideas together and take it in turns to let Tove lead the play.

Tove, you approach activities and experiences with interest and patience, paying attention to detail, especially the case with creative activities like collage and painting. You can articulate the process of mixing colours and describe the textures of different materials. You can access resources independently, though you need to realise that shouting "OK Doogle" isn't always the answer, to make what you want - like a cocktail shaker. You are able to represent your experiences on paper, which we've kept in case ever you need a therapist, drawing maps and talking through journeys that you have been on. You will persist with a task, even if you encounter a problem - you recently worked out how to use a hole punch, which made you joyful, and a pencil sharpener and were pleased that you managed to do it. Tove, whilst you will sometimes explore experiences independently, most of the time it is with your friends.

And beyond her connections, she remains a delight in the flesh. Behold the Toover.
